General Information

What language is the tour in?

The tours are in English, but I can also speak Japanese slowly and clearly.

How private are the tours?

All tours are completely private. Only your group will join.

Where do we meet?

For Mt. Takao, we meet at Takaosanguchi Station. For Tokyo tours, pickup at your hotel or Asakusa is possible.

Preparation / What to Bring

What should I wear?

Comfortable shoes and casual clothes are fine.

Do I need to bring water or snacks?

Yes, a water bottle is recommended. Snacks can be bought at the station or on the way.

Are the hikes difficult?

Mt. Takao is an easy to moderate hike. The pace can be adjusted to your group.

Weather / Cancellation

Do you cancel if it rains?

Light rain is OK. In case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

How do I book a tour?

How do I pay?

Payment is made in full at the time of booking via PayPal (major credit cards accepted).

How soon will I get a reply?
